At Priority Realty Capital we handle selective off market real estate asset/portfolio sales dealing directly with ownership. These assets include 4/5 Star Hotels in New York City, other States and Europe, Office Towers in the US and Residential Portfolios in New York and other States. We arrange new development acquisitions, Joint Ventures and provide hotel and construction financing through third parties.

We deal directly with sellers and our business philosophy relies on bringing prospective investors together with sellers from the very beginning so as to create the right confidence and environment essential to bring all parties to the closing table fast.

Demetris Colocassides

Demetris served as an Army Lieutenant having first graduated from the Military Reserves Academy in Greece. He then moved on to receive his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the University of Manchester, England, in the fields of Economics, Finance and International Business. He has been in the commercial real estate profession for years having first worked for a decade for banking institutions in New York and Los Angeles in the fields of loan securitization, construction financing and strategic ventures. He experienced the collapse of the MBS/CDO market from within as he was employed at IndyMac Bank at the time. In 2013 he moved on to form Priority Realty Capital, LLC.

Priority Realty Capital, LLC is not involved with homebuyers or primary residence home sales but in order to abide by the recently enacted New York State law effective April 20, 2022 in relation to requiring real estate brokers to institute standardized operating procedures for the prerequisites prospective homebuyers shall meet prior to receiving any services, in the exception that we do offer such services to homebuyers (i) prospective homebuyers/clients will need to show identification, (ii) no exclusive broker agreement will be required and (iii) a mortgage pre-approval will not be required upfront since at first we would need to identify the specific needs of the homebuyers/clients.
